Ten Ways Leaders Know They Are Home

When was the last time you took a moment to think about what the word "home" means to you?  For some it means the roof over your head.  For others it's more symbolic.  What if we frame the question in the context of a leader? What does "home" mean for you as a leader? When are you most at “home”?  Here are ten ways leaders know they are at “home” with their leadership.
