Founded in 2003 by Jennifer Mounce, Coach Effect started from Jennifer's passion and desire to support the growth and development of leaders and managers.  Over the years, Coach Effect has grown into a full-service leadership consultancy.

Coach Effect coaches are former executives that combine their coaching expertise with their business savvy.  We match coaches with leaders based on individual needs.
