“At the core of every organization’s difficulties, the integral issues are about relationships and the communication that defines them. The content and substance of these communications is virtually irrelevant. What truly drives this dynamic is how perceptions sculpt language, which in turn creates conflict and discord.”
His work developing the Integram(tm) a model of human consciousness, accurately mapping worldviews, perspectives, motivation, and cognitive linguistic styles, has been recognized internationally, and is being used by coaching organizations from Santa Monica, California to Johannesburg, South Africa.
Ian credits his clients’ success with his ability to quickly uncover the core issues obstructing breakthroughs, and the speed with which those issues are resolved. Along with coaching, consulting, speaking, and writing, Ian conducts seminars and workshops throughout the U.S. Enthralled with a “da Vinci approach” to life, Ian is also an artist, musician, and inventor; holding several patents.
