Troy Rackley, CMC
Executive Coach
Troy Rackley has 20+ years in operations management with 7 of those years
in Australia. He worked with well known companies in Australia such as Campbell
Soup Company, Goodman Fielder, and Coca-Cola Amatil. Troy spent over 10 years in
various operational positions for companies including Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola
Bottling Company, Sherwin Williams and Nestle Beverage Company in the United
States.
Troy has done extensive work with the Lominger suite of leadership
development products and emotional intelligence coaching that was inspired by
the work of Daniel Goleman and the Hay Group. Emotional Intelligence can be
defined as an array of emotional, personal, social abilities and skills that
influence one’s ability to succeed in coping with environmental demands and
pressures. Troy was selected to study with internationally renowned Master
Coach, The late Dr. Susan Skiffington, of Sydney, Australia, earning a Certified
Master Coach (CMC) designation.
Troy has a BS from Ohio University in Industrial Technology Engineering
and a MBA from Mt. Eliza Business School in Melbourne, Australia. Throughout
Troy's career he has always found himself in situations that called for the
coaching and development of peers, direct reports and even senior management.
Troy was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. He played both football and
basketball at Central-Hower High schooland went on to receive a full scholarship
to play football at Ohio University. Being a captain of sports teams during his
earlier years was the foundation for Troy as a coach and a leader in his
professional life.
Troy's passion is helping other people achieve their goals and dreams.
