Troy’s passion is helping other people achieve their goals and dreams. Troy brings a strong corporate and operations background to his coaching. He has19+ years in Operations management with 7 of those years in Australia. Troy worked with well known companies in Australia such
as Campbell Soup Company, Goodman fielder, and Coca-Cola Amatil. Troy spent over 10 years in various operational positions for companies including Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola Bottling Company, Sherwin Williams and Nestle Beverage Company in the United States.
Throughout Troy’s career he has had great opportunities (strikes, restructuring, plant closings, employee morale issues, and poor leadership) to use coaching within change management programs and adversity in the workplace.
Troy is a Certified Master Coach. He is also certified in Change Management Methodology. Troy holds a BS from Ohio University in Industrial Technology Engineering and received his MBA from Mt. Eliza Business School in Melbourne, Australia.
Troy has extensive experience working with the Lominger suite of leadership development products and emotional intelligence coaching that was inspired by the work of Daniel Goleman and the Hay Group. Daniel Goleman defines emotional intelligence as an array of emotional, personal, social abilities
and skills that influence one’s ability to succeed in coping with environmental demands and pressures. Troy was certified by the Hay Group in 2001.
