Glen Wagner is an executive coach with Coach Effect. Glen's passion is equipping leaders to break through personal and organizational challenges on their way to achieving peak performance for themselves and the organizations they lead. As an entrepreneur, corporate manager and independent consultant he has worked with leaders at all levels in a cross section of organizational settings including IT, healthcare, professional services, transportation and environmental services as well as government and the non-profit sector.

Glen's background includes working within and alongside companies from startups to the Fortune 500. His roles have included Business Development, Operations and Leadership Development. Glen has an M. Div. degree from North Park University. He completed his CPE clinical work at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago. Glen is currently a doctoral student (degree expected 2007) in Leadership and Organizational Management at Capella University. From these educational and practical experiences, Glen brings excellent insight into the dynamics of personal transformation, perseverance and authenticity in the midst of transition and enormous challenges.

Glen brings a heart of compassion, leadership presence and a goal focus to his interaction with every client. His wealth of practical, real life leadership experience grounds every coaching relationship. His passion to see his clients achieve their goals, lead with excellence and live lives of significance is at the heart of his coaching work.

Glen has been married 28 years and has three adult children. His personal interests include Scuba Diving and Triathlon training.
