Gail Sussman Miller
Networking & Career Coach
Gail Sussman Miller founded Inspired Choice to help people live and work from choice rather than obligation. She is deeply
committed to improving self- and other-acceptance in the business world to create conversations and relationships that are more meaningful,
more collaborative and more productive.
Gail carries out this personal and professional mission by delivering customized onsite and virtual training for associations, mid-sized
companies, and corporate teams. The result is a shift in mindset supported by new behaviors that leverage strengths instead of fixing
weaknesses. She empowers people to operate as an extension of who they are and what they love to do. Gail's work increases cultural
competence, expands employee engagement, reduces turnover, strengthens emotional intelligence and helps individuals apply their personal
power and leadership for the sake of the greater good.
Gail also works individually with women solopreneurs and small business owners teaching them how to love and overcome marketing obstacles
so they can take action and grow their businesses with less stress and more joy. This includes defining and refining their target
audience, articulating measurable client outcomes, motivated goal-setting and achievement, and leveraging preferences and strengths
in choosing their best marketing methods.
Gail brings a background in training, marketing and coaching to the practice. She received her training as a professional coach at
the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Prior work experience includes computer
job training for visually-impaired adults and 13 years at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in Marketing, Knowledge Management and Technology
Coaching. Gail has been motivating people to step into their potential her whole life and professionally as a coach, trainer and speaker
since 2002.
Gail calls herself a “mid-life bloomer” Baby Boomer. She found her true passion in work, marriage, motherhood and life after the age
of 44! Now she helps others to stop waiting and take inspired action. Gail considers herself a “poster child” for great marriage and
is a proud step mom of 2 grown children.
