Leadership Guidebook: A Guided Trek Toward Extraordinary Leadership
Excellent leaders understand the direct correlation between one's ability to be a lead their own life and the success in being able to lead others. This book provides the support necessary for a self-guided journey of personal/professional development.
Are you confident that there is more to life and ready to find it?
Do you need a structured system to keep you on track?
Have you realized that your old habits are no longer helping you?
Is there a leader within you trying to understand the role?
When was the last time you invested in yourself to invest in your business?
The Sherpas in Nepal support mountain climbers in achieving their goal to reach a summit like Mount Everest. They help the climbers stay focused on their path, and they have the necessary tools and resources for a successful climb. What I'm suggesting is that you can become your own Leadership SherpaSM. This program will provide the support needed to chart your own course, follow your path, and find the tools and resources needed to be the leader of your life.
This is a self-guided journey of awakening, discovery, and possibility. It awakens your self-awareness as you move from chapter to chapter. You discover what is within and outside of your comfort zone. You become open to the possibilities around you. They are endless if you let them be!
This program is divided up into 3 phases, similar to what you might expect on a long trek, giving you an opportunity to rest and refuel before continuing the journey. The first phase is like trekking to your base camp. It is foundational and a necessary part of your journey. The next part of the climb advances you to the check point , or second phase, that you achieve before making your way to the summit, the third and final phase. The three phases are broken up into 18 chapters. Each chapter has an overview of the concept, an area for you to journal your own experiences, and a suggested action plan.
