The objective of this reference guide is to give you the information you need to create an effective hiring process. You can incorporate this information with whatever systems you already have in place. We are not concerned about how you track your candidates or your time to fill a position. Rather, this guide focuses on: treating the entire process as if you are brand marketing to your candidates, identifying what you need in the position before you begin recruiting, strategic behavioral interviewing, and evaluating your candidates objectively.
